Bella Nguyen began her nail career driven by a single conviction: that beauty is most powerful when it’s intentional. Starting in a small studio in downtown Toronto, she built her reputation set by set — each one a testament to precision, care, and an artist’s eye for detail.
Today, Bella leads TO Nails Touch, a boutique nail studio known for its elevated approach to the craft. She also runs a thriving education program, training the next generation of nail technicians across Canada.
